Why doesn't my new swing gate close properly?

There was either a mistake in property measurement or a mistake during the new gate installation process. Check the posts and make sure they are leveled and stable. Then check the swing gate hinges. Small things, like painting the posts prior to installing the gate, might make a small difference as our experts say.

What are the driveway loops?

There are several driveway loops and they are basically sensors, which sense your car exiting the property (when it trips on them) and then close the gate. The most common (and significant ones) are the safety loops, which close the gate once the car passes through but if tripped they will reopen it.
